Yes, great care has been taken to ensure that all criteria set by LARA for Implicit Bias Training requirements are met.  In the creation of this training, legal counsel provided additional verification of compliance with LARA standards.  The training is asynchronous and self paced, and also allows for additional opportunity to join a live interactive Q&A session.

Yes, the course is accessible by phone or computer.  You can complete the training on just your phone, just your computer, or a combination of both. 

Absolutely.  Start, pause, resume automatically where you left off, and complete the course entirely at your own pace.

Immediately after completing the course, a training certificate will be created and accessible to you for download.

LARA created the Implicit Bias Training hours as required in addition to other specified total amount of licensure hours.  At this time, this training does not provide continuing education credits.
